Bishkek, April 19, 2023. /Kabar/. At the Kazakhstan International Exhibition "Tourism and Travel" (KITF), the pavilion of the Kyrgyz Republic is very popular, the press service of the Tourism Development Support Fund reported.
The KITF opened today in Almaty. Kyrgyzstan is represented by 12 travel companies, boarding houses, hotels and sanatoriums.
Tour operators of the Kyrgyz Republic began to conclude contracts from the very first minutes after the opening. Interest in our country is so great that visitors literally line up to our national pavilion. And even its proximity to the stands of such popular countries among tourists as Thailand and the Maldives does not reduce the flow of those wishing to work with travel agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, the report said.
In addition to the opportunities for a beach holiday in Issyk-Kul, the exhibitors are interested in the works of local artisans who presented their products there.
The exhibition will last three days. More than 250 travel companies from 22 countries participate in it. The national stand was visited today by representatives of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazakhstan - attaches Nurgazy Olzhobaev and Zhibek Sharshembekova.
