Bishkek, Nov. 27, 2024. /Kabar/. A doctor from the National Center for Maternal and Child Health in Bishkek has been recognized as one of the best oncologists in the CIS countries.
The hospital reported that the Congress of the Russian Society of Pediatric Oncologists and Oncohematologists was held on the topic “Current Problems and Prospects for the Development of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology in the Russian Federation - 2024”.
In this forum, Kyrgyzstan was represented by three doctors from the NCMOCH - Sultan Stambekov (online), Zhanna Kambarova and Raushan Idrisova - offline.
“Our doctors participated with a report at the poster session. A total of 61 reports were heard.
The competition committee recognized Zhanna Kambarova’s report as the best. She was awarded a prize for the best report. Representatives of the CIS countries, WHO, and foreign guests participated in the conference,” the report said.
