He said that today there was an opportunity to discuss the agenda of bilateral talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

"We are glad that last year our trade volume broke the all-time record. This year we are seeing a doubling of this trade volume. Currently, Hungarian companies in the fields of agriculture, medical and food industries are entering the market of Kyrgyzstan. We are glad that our common development fund has already started working and financed joint Kyrgyz-Hungarian corporate projects in agriculture and mechanical engineering. And we are glad that relations between peoples are being built through Kyrgyz students studying at Hungarian universities. We offer 200 scholarships every year. Last year, there were 630 applications from Kyrgyz students, which clearly shows that this is a successful program," Szijjártó said.
