Pfizer makes USD 36.8 bln in 2021 from COVID-19 vaccine

Bishkek, Feb. 9, 2022. / Kabar /. Pharma company Pfizer made USD 36.8 billion in 2021 selling 3 billion of its COVID-19 vaccines, according to Fierce Pharma.

The company's total annual income amounted to USD 81.3 billion, of which USD 36.8 billion was brought by the COVID-19 vaccine.

This figure makes Pfizer's vaccine the best-selling drug in history.

Pfizer said that it expects to generate more than USD 54 billion in revenues this year from its COVID-19 vaccine and antiviral treatment pill.
