PIAC Secretary General thanks Jeenbekov following III World Nomad Games

Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2018. /Kabar/. Secretary General of the Permanent International Altaistic Conference (PIAC), Professor Barbara Kellner-Heinkele sent a letter of thanks to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov regarding the results of the 3rd World Nomad Games, the press service of the Kyrgyz President’s Office reported.

In her letter, she expressed confidence that although the 3rd World Nomad Games lasted only for a few days, the participants of this event or, simply, fans would never forget those games. The PIAC Secretary General also added that it really was a world-class event with great value and deep meaning. Kellner-Heinkele assured that none of her colleagues had ever seen such an interesting and beautiful opening ceremony before, and that they would never forget the love and pride the customs and traditions of the Kyrgyz people were demonstrated with at the ethnofestival held at Kyrchyn Jyloo. The Secretary General expressed gratitude for creating the conditions for participation in that important event.

Kellner-Heinkele pointed out that the hospitality rendered by the Academy of Public Administration created favorable conditions for the successful work of the 61st meeting of the Permanent International Altai Conference (PIAC), which was held just before the World Nomad Games.

As the Secretary General of PIAC, she noted that scientists who came from different countries of the world were surprised by the true hospitality from the first days of their stay in Kyrgyzstan. Those were truly wonderful and special days. Kellner-Heinkele mentioned that they were greatly influenced by the fact that the Kyrgyz side paid attention to the guests and took part in the conference. On behalf of all the participants of the conference, the Secretary General expressed great gratitude to the Kyrgyz people for the genuine hospitality, kindness and generosity.

Further, she noted that they would never forget those wonderful days.

At the end of her letter, Secretary General wished all the best to the Kyrgyz President and his team, and prosperity to the Kyrgyz people.
