Bishkek, Aug. 16, 2018 /Kabar/. A preliminary list of places that can serve as a guide on where activities are going to be held during the Third World Nomad Games (WNG).
An offsite meeting of the Organizational Committee of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports has been held in Issyk-Kul oblast, within which venues for WNG were visited.
At the Gazprom Physical Culture and Health Complex competitions are to be held daily in alysh belt wrestling, Kyrgyz kurosh, gushtini milli kamarbandi, Kazakh kuresi, goresh, pakhlavani, gyulesh, ashyrtmaly aba gyureshi, kurash, sambo and the great nomads wrestling.
In the parking lot of the physical culture and sports complex a stage is going to be assembled, where on September 3-5 competitions in arm-wrestling, masters-wrestling, sumo, mongol bokh, and sirym are going to take place.
At the hippodrome on September 3-7 tournaments in kok boru, horse races, endurance riding, ernish, and rope pulling are going to be held.
In Kyrchyn ethno-village gatherings for salbuurun-burkut saluu, dalba, taigan jarysh, ordo, traditional archery and the great nomads competition are going to take place.
Mind sports are planned to be held in the conference hall of a guest house, which will be determined in the next few days.
According to Director of State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports Kanat Amankulov, the preparation of the venues is actively underway.
