Plant for production of parts for smart homes to be built in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Nov. 27, 2024 . / Kabar / . A plant for the production of parts for smart homes will be built in Kyrgyzstan.

Director of the National Agency for Investments (NAI) Talantbek Imanov noted that the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Center for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) under the NAI and the SBS Holding was signed within the framework of the official visit of President Sadyr Zhaparov to Germany.

The document concerns the promotion of a PPP project for the construction and operation of a plant for the production of parts for smart homes.

The project aims to utilize advanced construction technology to create smart homes with minimal environmental impact. The SBS technology will significantly reduce the cost of construction and operation of buildings, as well as reduce CO2 emissions.

Imanov added that the project also provides for the use of innovative materials and technologies, which will significantly improve the quality and availability of housing for citizens, as well as become an important step in the sustainable development of the construction industry.
