Bishkek, Mar. 12, 2019. /Kabar/. An expert discussion took place in Bishkek on “The EAEU Possibilities in Implementing a Social Mobility System for Young People”.
According to experts, today the best career advancement is business.
“Today there are a lot of sectors for development in Kyrgyzstan, unlike other countries. Thus, many areas of the republic’s business are free and young people have very high chances to quickly climb the career ladder and earn good money,” participants of the round table noted.
“With the existing social mobility a person can achieve a higher position in society by making efforts. Nonfunctioning social mobility system causes an outflow of educated and talented youth abroad. And, conversely, the more effectively they work, the more dynamically the state and society develops,” Director of the Eurasians-New Wave Foundation in Kyrgyzstan Vladimir Liu told.
The event was attended by representatives of state bodies and public organizations, political scientists, media experts, as well as active young people of the capital.
The discussion had been organized by the Eurasians-New Wave Foundation.
