Bishkek, May 11, 2022 . /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the Republic of Korea Aida Ismailova met with a delegation, led by Kim Duk Hwan, the director of Agricultural Policy of Cheongyang County, Chungcheongnam-do Province, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.
During the meeting, Aida Ismailova proposed to consider the possibility of attracting citizens of Kyrgyzstan for seasonal agricultural work. The smbassador noted the great labor potential of Kyrgyzstanis and their great interest to work in the Republic of Korea.
She stressed that the Kyrgyz side, if necessary, is ready to consider the possibility of concluding a bilateral agreement on this issue, including the pre-training of citizens before sending to work in South Korea.
In his turn, Kim Duk Hwan confirmed the Korean side's readiness to consider the issue raised by the Kyrgyz side and to provide appropriate assistance.
