Bishkek, June 5, 2018 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov received today Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country Erlan Abdyldaev, the Kyrgyz President's press service reported.
The head of state was informed about the preparation to the forthcoming state visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to the People's Republic of China, scheduled for June 6-8, 2018, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit, which will be held on June 9-10, 2018 in Qingdao.
In addition, Abdyldaev spoke about plans for the further development of strategic directions of the country's foreign policy.
The President gave a number of instructions on preparations for the forthcoming events, noting that the development of international cooperation and the strengthening of friendly ties should be carried out taking into account the economic and national interests of the country.
