Bishkek, July 1, 2020. /Kabar/. President Sooronbay Jeenbekov discussed Wednesday the current epidemiological situation in the country with Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov, his press service reported.

The prime minister informed about the measures taken by the Republican Headquarters, the Ministry of Health, the Bishkek Mayor’s Office, state administrations in oblasts to combat coronavirus infection.
According to him, 750 beds at hostel bases of a number of educational institutions, as well as 400 beds at Manas International Airport will be deployed today by the end of the day.
Boronov noted the activity of 118- COVID-19 self-assessment line in terms of medical advice to the population has been strengthened.

At the same time, the head of the government assured that despite the pandemic, all social obligations of the state, including those related to social payments and wages, would be fulfilled in a timely manner.
Jeenbekov stressed that today the priority task is to curb the further spread of the virus and to receive and accommodate patients in time.
He drew particular attention to the measures to deploy additional beds in hospitals as soon as possible and to the possibility of reorienting new medical institutions to treat coronavirus patients and mobilizing medical workers.
"The public should receive full and truthful information on all issues from the Republican Headquarters and specialists. Feedback from the society is very important. Only then it will be possible to relieve tension and reduce the spread of alarming forecasts," the President stressed.
The Kyrgyz leader also called for proper preparation for autumn-winter period and prevention of seasonal diseases.
