President Jeenbekov arrives in Baku

Baku, Oct.14, 2019. /Kabar/. Today, Oct.14 Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov has arrived in Baku (Azerbaijan) for a two-day working visit to participate in the VII meeting of the Cooperation Council for Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS).

Issues of development of all-round cooperation between the Turkic-speaking countries, including cultural-humanitarian and trade-economic cooperation will be discussed at the regular meeting of the CCTS.

Note that Kyrgyzstan will hand over the chairmanship in CCTS Azerbaijan.

Number of bilateral meetins are expected to be held as part of the participation in the CCTS meeting.

The official delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic comprises of:

- Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov;

- Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the President’s Office Daniyar Sydykov;

- Minister of Economy Sanjar Mukanbetov;

- Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbayeva;

- Minister of Culture Azamat Jamankulov.
