President meets with Kyrgyzstanis residing in Saudi Arabia

Bishkek, Dec.17, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov met on Monday in Riyadh with compatriots residing in Saudi Arabia, his press service said.

The meeting was held as part of the Kyrgyz leader’s official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Jeenbekov congratulated compatriots on the opening of the new complex of the buildings of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Saudi Arabia.

The President stressed the official visit resulted in successful negotiations with Saudi Arabia, as well as signing a number of bilateral documents, aimed at deepening joint cooperation.

Sooronbay Jeenbekov wished Kyrgyzstanis success, achievement of goals and good health.

The meeting was held in the format of questions and answers.

The compatriots asked questions concerning the country's foreign debt, tourism, education, simplification of visa procedures, etc.

Sooronbay Jeenbekov and members of the official delegation of Kyrgyzstan answered their questions.

The Kyrgyz leader is in Saudi Arabia for official visit at the invitation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The Kyrgyz President is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the President's Office Daniyar Sydykov, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the President's Office Almaz Kenenbayev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Saudi Arabia Abdilatif Jumabayev, deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbayeva, Minister of Education and Science Kanybek Isakov, Minister of Emergency Situations Nurbolot Mirzakhmedov, Minister of Economy Sanjar Mukanbetov and Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation Erkinbek Choduyev.
