Bishkek, Feb. 13, 2024. /Kabar/. President Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On amnesty in connection with the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.”
This law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on January 25.
In connection with the dates specified therein, the law provides for exemption from criminal punishment in the form of imprisonment and a reduction in the unserved term of punishment in the form of imprisonment for a certain category of persons.
