President of Kyrgyzstan tells why he made his first visit to Russia

Moscow, Nov. 29, 2017 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Zheenbekov told why the first visit was made to Russia.

During the briefing on the results of the visit, the president said that "it could not be otherwise, because Russia is a strategic partner of Kyrgyzstan."

"During the visit, we discussed topical issues that exist between our countries. And we discussed the prospects for further cooperation within the framework of the EEU," Zheenbekov said.

He also said that he had the opportunity to present to President of Russia Vladimir Putin the highest award of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Manas Order of the 1st degree.

"Our delegation was warmly received. All the issues that we discussed will be resolved. Vladimir Vladimirovich said that the support that was, will be continued," the Kyrgyz president of Kyrgyzstan added.

During the working visit to Russia Sooronbai Zheenbekov met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
