Ankara, Apr. 10, 2018 / Kabar /. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan proposed Kyrgyz leader Sooronbay Jeenbekov to hold a summit of the Turkic-speaking countries in September this year in Bishkek.
He made such a proposal on Apr. 9, following a meeting with President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov, who is on an official visit to Ankara.
"I believe that Kyrgyzstan will hold this summit at the proper level and make a worthy statement for its participants as the chairman of this event," he stressed.
He also expressed his sincere belief that this visit of Jeenbekov will be a new page in the history of the two states and the beginning of a new stage in the cooperation of the two countries.
