Bishkek, April 12, 2021 . / Kabar / . Director of Kyrgyzstan’s State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports Kanat Shabdanbayev met President of the Turkish Athletics Federation Fatih Chintimar who arrived in Bishkek on April 9.
The sides discussed cooperation issues in the field of development of athletics.
In addition, as part of his working visit Fatih Cintimar visited Issyk-Kul Oblast, where Turkish athletes are preparing for the 32nd Olympic Games.
Together with President of the Athletics Federation of Kyrgyzstan Kanat Amankulov they got acquainted with the place of training of athletes, with sports facilities and training conditions in Issyk-Kul, and agreed on cooperation and joint training camps.
The Turkish Athletics Federation president also met with Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic Salamat Ergeshov.
18 athletes and coaches from Turkey together with athletes from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and Slovenia are having a training camp in Issyk-Kul.
