Bishkek, Nov. 29, 2022 / Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov received credentials from ambassadors of a number of foreign states accredited in the country.
Ambassadors of Montenegro Milorad Scepanovic, Moldova Lilian Darius, Portugal Maria Madalena Lobo Carvalho Fischer, Jairo David Estrada Barrios of Guatemala, Alba Azucena Torres Mejia of Nicaragua, Kypros Yorgallis of the Republic of Cyprus and Pham Thai Ny Mai presented their credentials.
The heads of foreign diplomatic missions were greeted by the Guard of Honor.
Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated the ambassadors on the official start of the diplomatic mission and stressed that Kyrgyzstan is consistently developing and strengthening political dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation with each country.
The head of state noted readiness to comprehensively deepen and expand bilateral cooperation, intensify political dialogue, expand tourism ties and establish effective work in trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other areas.
Sadyr Zhaparov expressed interest in the effective and fruitful activities of the ambassadors in Kyrgyzstan, aimed at strengthening relations between peoples, as well as stimulating the annual growth in trade and economic interaction.
The head of state emphasized that the development of an equal, open and constructive partnership with all countries of the world remains the main priority of Kyrgyzstan.
The president expressed confidence that the active and purposeful work of the heads of diplomatic missions would further strengthen friendly and partnership relations with Kyrgyzstan, which stands for the development of relations based on mutual respect for each other's interests that meet the requirements of long-term cooperation.
In turn, the ambassadors thanked the head of state for the warm welcome and expressed their readiness to make every effort to strengthen relations in all areas of mutual interest.
