President receives Head of State Property Management Fund Isakulov

Bishkek, June 8, 2020. /Kabar/. Today, June 8, Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov received Chairman of the State Property Management Fund under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (SPMF) Jyldyzbek Isakulov, his press service reported.

The current state and course of digitalization of the state property management system were discussed.

SPMF Chairman Isakulov informed that within digitalization of state property management processes, automation of reporting procedures of state enterprises and joint-stock companies with state participation share was conducted.

Also, he noted that due to the formation of the Auction Center state institution, it was possible to increase revenue to the national budget several times through online bidding for the lease of property. Compared to 2015, income from property rent has increased almost three times.

In addition, the automation of the state property inventory process continues. At this stage, it is planned to conduct an inventory of more than a thousand objects of state property.

President Jeenbekov noted managers of state companies should pay special attention to the issues of optimizing their activities and improving the quality of services by introducing modern digital technologies and connecting them to the Tunduk system of interagency cooperation.

He also stressed that in view of the crisis, there is need to work to increase the investment attractiveness of state property, and in addition to privatization it is necessary to introduce mechanisms of public-private partnership, investment lease, trust management of property and outsourcing of certain functions.
