President Sadyr Zhaparov meets with Pope in Vatican

Bishkek, Oct. 4, 2024. /Kabar/. As part of an official visit to the Holy See (Vatican), President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov and his spouse Aigul Zhaparova held a meeting with Pope Francis, his press service reported.

Sadyr Japarov noted the great personal contribution of Pope Francis to resolving conflicts and restoring justice in various parts of the world.

At the end of the conversation, President Sadyr Japarov invited Pope Francis to visit Kyrgyzstan at any time convenient for him.
