Bishkek, Jan.11, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev was received by President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as part of his official visit to the neighboring country.
Minister Kulubaev conveyed to the Kazakh leader sincere greetings and good wishes from Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.
During the meeting, the state and prospects of Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations of strategic partnership and alliance were discussed, and ways to further increase them were considered. The importance of practical implementation of the agreements reached at the level of the heads of two states was emphasized.
The main emphasis was placed on the need to maintain regular political contacts at high and highest levels, which play a key role in the consistent advancement of pressing bilateral issues.
Kulubaev emphasized the priority nature of Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations in the foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and thanked the Kazakh side for the assistance to Kyrgyz citizens who suffered as a result of the crash of a passenger plane of the Azerbaijani airline in Aktau.
