President told about activities in frames of the Year of Morality, Education and Culture

Bishkek, May 30 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev received Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the country Tugelbai Kazakov, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.

During the meeting, the Head of State was informed about the activities on the implementation of state policy in the field of culture and art, as well as the measures taken to ensure the preservation and further development of the country's cultural heritage.

Taking into account that the revival of spirituality and the overall development of culture in the country received a new impetus, Tugelbai Kazakov spoke about the implementation of activities in the framework of the Year of Morality, Education and Culture with wide involvement of the public with a special emphasis on children and youth.

Almazbek Atambayev and Tugelbai Kazakov also discussed plans for social support of the country's cultural workers, including providing them with housing and improving material support for cultural activities.
