President Zhaparov arrives in St. Petersburg to participate in informal meeting of CIS leaders

Bishkek, Dec. 26, 2022. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov arrived in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) to participate in an informal meeting of leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The plane of the head of state landed at Pulkovo International Airport.

The traditional informal meeting of the leaders of the CIS countries is held annually in St. Petersburg at the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

It should be noted that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakh President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev are expected to attend this event.
