President Zhaparov leaves for Kazakhstan

Bishkek, Aug. 8, 2024 . / Kabar / . President Sadyr Zhaparov has left for Astana, Kazakhstan at the invitation of Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The Kyrgyz president is expected to take part in the Sixth Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia and the Summit of Heads of State of the Central Asia + Japan Dialogue.

During the visit, Sadyr Zhaparov will also hold talks with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

The official delegation of Kyrgyzstan consists of:

- Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev;

- Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Muratbek Azymbakiev;

- Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan Dastan Dyushekeyev;

- Minister of Education and Science Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva;

- Acting Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision Azis Saparaliev;

- Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Altynbek Maksutov;

- Acting Minister of Transport and Communications Absattar Syrgabaev;

- Minister of Energy Taalaibek Ibraev;

- Minister of Justice Ayaz Baetov;

- Director of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers Kudaibergen Bazarbaev;

- Deputy Director of the National Agency for Investment under the President Jalyn Zhenaliev;

- Director of the Kyrgyz Export Development and Promotion Center under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce Urmat Takirov.
