Bishkek, July 20, 2023. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov met in Jeddah with Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
The sides discussed priority areas of bilateral cooperation and prospects of regional interaction.
Welcoming the Kyrgyz leader, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud noted Saudi Arabia's readiness to further develop relations between the two countries and give a new impetus to cooperation in all priority areas.
He paid special attention to strengthening trade and economic ties between the countries.
Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud expressed his intention to implement a number of investment projects aimed at achieving mutual benefit of the two countries.
The Crown Prince positively noted the existing potential for the development of trade and economic cooperation, emphasized in this context the need to strengthen measures to expand business contacts between Kyrgyzstan and KSA.
In turn, Sadyr Zhaparov, expressing his gratitude for the invitation to participate in the first Summit of Heads of State "Central Asia - Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Persian Gulf", conveyed warm words of greetings to King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia.
The president of Kyrgyzstan expressed readiness to work together in all areas of mutually beneficial cooperation in the spirit of trust and friendship. Sadyr Zhaparov also thanked the Saudi Fund for Development for supporting the economic development of Kyrgyzstan through the implementation of a number of projects in various areas.
Taking this opportunity, the Kyrgyz leader invited Crown Prince, Prime Minister of KSA Muhammad bin Salman Al Saud to visit Kyrgyzstan at any convenient time for him.
