Bishkek, March 17, 2021 . / Kabar /. The need to comply with all existing environmental requirements for the development of Dzherui deposit was noted by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov on Wednesday during an opening ceremony of the Talas Gold Mining Complex in Talas Oblast of the country
The head of the state also emphasized another important point - the need to further strengthen a comprehensive dialogue between the enterprise and the local population.
Addressing the participants of the ceremony, President Zhaparov assured that Kyrgyzstan will continue to support such projects, which help increase the potential of the mining industry and, of course, the development of the country's economy as a whole.
The Kyrgyz leader expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the Dzherui project, which will give a powerful impetus to the development of investment potential of the country.
He also thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin, who took part in the ceremony via teleconference bridge, for his personal support in the implementation of this project.
The solemn ceremony of launching the Talas Gold Processing Complex at the Dzherui deposit in Talas Oblast was held on Wednesday with a participation of Presidents of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov and Russia Vladimir Putin.
The total investment in the development of Dzherui deposit will amount to over $600 million, the planned production of gold in 2021 will be about three tons.
The design capacity of the deposit is about 1.3 million ores per year.
