President Zhaparov's working trip to Issyk-Kul Oblast completed

Bishkek, May 16, 2021. / Kabar / . On May 14-15, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov made a working trip to Issyk-Kul Oblast of the country.

On the first day of the trip, the head of state participated in the launch of a large poultry farm Agro-Kush in the village of Sary-Kamysh of Issyk-Kul region.

At the initial stage, the capacity of the enterprise will be 8,500 tons of live weight per year. The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund allocated $3.5 million of concessional funds for its launch.

The second day of the president's working trip began with the start of the 9th International Issyk-Kul Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Marathon "Run the Silk road" at the hippodrome in Cholpon-Ata town, dedicated to the memory of Satymkul Dzhumanazarov, the bronze medalist of the 22nd Olympic Games marathon.

In addition, Sadyr Zhaparov attended the opening of the regular Issyk-Kul International Tourist Fair "ITF-2021" called "I am Nomad".

On the same day, the head of state toured the Ala-Balyk fish farm in Chon-Oruktu village, Issyk-Kul region, where rainbow and amber trout are raised. The production capacity of the farm is 30 tons of trout per year.

The president ordered the relevant state bodies to consider the issue of refinancing the farm for the expansion of its activities.

The Kyrgyz leader's trip to Issyk-Kul Oblast was completed in Karakol town, where he launched the country's largest meat processing plant "Reina Kench".

There, the head of state talked with local residents and entrepreneurs, presented farmers with certificates for agricultural equipment leasing from OJSC "Ayil Bank," and toured the fair of cattle breeders and agricultural products.
