Presidents of Italy Sergio Mattarella, Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, South Korea Moon Jae-in, as well Prime Minister of South Korea Lee Nak-yeon congratulated Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the New Year, the press service of the Kyrgyz President reported.

President of the Republic of Korea notes in his congratulations:
"I would like to express my gratitude for the friendship and support you have given to the Republic of Korea. On behalf of the Korean people and on my own behalf, I wish you all the best in the New Year.
Your support and cooperation towards the establishment of peace on the Korean peninsula, have earned the confidence of the Korean people. South Korean PM Lee Nak-yeon’s message of congratulations reads:
