Prime Minister is ready to take responsibility for accident at Bishkek TPP

Bishkek, Jan. 31, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister Sapar Isakov is ready to bear responsibility for the accident at the Bishkek TPP, he said today at the session of the Jogorku Kenesh.

Isakov called on the deputies to join the commission to study the accident at the Bishkek TPP.

"Next, I recently sent a letter to the Prosecutor General's Office to be given a legal assessment of this situation. As you know, yesterday a criminal case was opened," he said.

Isakov admitted that there are problems at the thermal power plant.

"We recognize our responsibility and are ready to respond. The fact is that from the side of the National Energy Holding during the two meetings on preparation for the winter-autumn period there were no signals of serious problems," the prime minister stressed.
