Prime Minister receives director of State Ecological Inspectorate

Bishkek, March 1, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov received Kanatbek Muratbekov, the Director of the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting the current activities and nearest plans of the department for the forthcoming period were discussed, the Government’s press service reported.

The director of the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety reported that within the framework of the implementation of the governmental program Forty Steps to a New Era, the State Inspectorate developed appropriate software that allows inspecting small and medium-sized businesses in electronic format. This system is currently operating in a pilot mode.

Muratbekov added that this measure will also allow to prevent and eliminate corruption risks when working with business entities.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to ensure transparency of the process of checking entrepreneurs.

In addition, a draft development of the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety for a five-year period was presented during the meeting.
