During his working visit, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziyev visited pupils of school No. 12 for children with special needs and a rehabilitation center for children with disabilities with musculoskeletal disorders in the city of Osh. the press service of the Kyrgyz Government Office reported.
Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziyev familiarized himself with the conditions created in these institutions for the upbringing and education of children, and attended their classes.
Moreover, the head of government watched a festive concert program prepared by teachers and students.
The Prime Minister congratulated the children and their parents, the whole staff of the institutions on the coming new 2019 and wished the children health and success in school, after which he presented them with gifts.
The head of government thanked the staff of the institutions for their dedicated work and attention paid to children with disabilities.
Abylgaziyev noted that the issue of supporting people with disabilities will always be a priority in the activities of the Government of the country. He emphasized that the work in this direction will continue.
Speaking with the parents of the children, Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziyev recalled that the decision taken by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to pay the salary to one of the parents caring for a child with disabilities. This applies primarily to mothers who do not have the opportunity to work and retire.
At the end of the meeting, the Prime Minister handed money certificates over to the staff of the school No. 12 and the rehabilitation center to improve living conditions.
