Bishkek, April 17 / Kabar /. Private schools in Kyrgyzstan will be exempted from taxes by the law signed by President Almazbek Atambayev "On Amending the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
The law was adopted by the Kyrgyz Parliament on March 9, 2017.
This law was developed to address the acute shortage of school institutions in the country, as well as state support for private entrepreneurs opening school facilities.
The adopted law introduces amendments to the Tax Code with regard to the exemption of services provided by private educational facilities from the payment of profit tax and value-added tax.
