Bishkek, Jan. 9, 2018 / Kabar /. At the State Personnel Service (SPC) of Kyrgyzstan under the leadership of the Deputy Director of the SPS, Kalybek Alyshbaev, a seminar was held for employees of the Personnel Management Services of state authorities with a purpose of explaining the established norms on determining the evaluation of activities of state secretaries.
The state secretaries’ activity from 21 state authorities who have worked in this position for more than 6 months will be assessed, the press service of the SPS reported.
Head of the Public Service Department M. Khusainova presented new assessment methodology by explaining the procedures on conducting collective and productive evaluation.
The Head of the Monitoring and Control of Legality Department S.Alymkulova explained the procedure for monitoring the activities of the state secretaries.
The integrated assessment will be submitted to the State Civil Service and Municipal Service Council , which will take the final decision on the evaluation.
In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Civil Service and Municipal Service", the SPS of Kyrgyzstan, as an authorized state body for the affairs of the state civil service and municipal service annually assesses the activity of state authorties' state secretaries.
This procedure has been carried out since 2012.
