Bishkek, Oct. 12, 2023. /Kabar/. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin presented President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov a state award of the Russian Federation - the Order of Honor.
The ceremony took place at the Ala-Archa state residence in Bishkek.
