Qatar Charity Organization to be opened in Bishkek

Bishkek, Nov. 27, 2017. /Kabar/. The official opening of Qatar Charity Organization took place today in Bishkek.

The opening ceremony was attended by Charge d'Affaires of Qatar Rashid Avazhan Al-Khayarin, as well as by Kyrgyz representatives from the Minister of Health, Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic and deputies of Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament). The special guest of the event was Faysal Al-Fuheid, Executive Director of the Process Department at the Qatar Charitable Organization. All participants of the event congratulated the representatives of the organization with this great event and expressed faith in their fruitful activity in Kyrgyzstan.

During the solemn event, a Memorandum was signed between the Ministry of Health and the Qatar Charity Organization. The red ribbon was cut on the doorstep of the new center.

Background: The Qatari charitable organization has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since 2003 through its partners. The main direction of its activities is social and humanitarian assistance, in particular in the field of education, health care, assistance to orphans and in emergency situations.
