Bishkek, July 6, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Nuran Niyazaliyev met Monday with Ambassador of Qatar to Kyrgyzstan Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Sulaiti.
According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the sides discussed the current state and prospects for further development of the Kyrgyz-Qatari bilateral cooperation, as well as joint efforts to counter the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
The ambassador informed that in response to the request of the Kyrgyz side, it was decided to provide 420 oxygen concentrates as humanitarian aid, which will be delivered to Bishkek as soon as possible.
In turn, First Deputy FM Niyazaliyev expressed gratitude to the Qatari side for support, and emphasized the importance of strengthening Kyrgyz-Qatari relations in priority areas.
