Reconstruction of Museum of Fine Arts planned in 2020, Culture minister

Bishkek, Dec.27, 2019./Kabar/. Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Jamankulov told reporters about plans for next year.

According to him, repair of the Satylganov Philharmonic, the Maldybayev Opera and Ballet Theatre and Osh Babur Music and Drama Theater has been completed this year.

"In 2020, we will complete the repairs at the Kyrgyz and Russian Drama Theatres and the Cholpon Cinema. We plan to renovate the Batken Drama Theatre and the Gapar Aitiyev Museum of Fine Arts," he said.

The minister added probably, construction of the Theater of Youth and Young Spectators named after Baken Kydykeeva will be begun, in case of failure to restore former building.
