Rector of Academy of Management of Kyrgyzstan proposes to create educational program within SCO

Bishkek, Dec. 28, 2021. / Kabar /. Rector of the Academy of Management under the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Akmataliev proposed to create an educational program within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

At a meeting with visiting Special Representative of the Chinese Government for Eurasia Li Hui in Bishkek, Akmataliev said that all Kyrgyz universities have very strong ties with European universities, thanks to the target programs of the European Union like Erasmus Mundus, Tacis and so on.

“It seems to me that the time has come, to create a similar program within the SCO,” he said.

Special Representative of the Chinese Government for Eurasia Li Hui met on Tuesday with experts, scientists and media representatives, where he spoke about Kyrgyz-Chinese relations, the 6th plenum of the Communist Party of China, the situation in Xinjiang, China's relations with the countries of Central Asia and China's foreign policy.
