Bishkek, Dec.23, 2024. /Kabar/. A regional school of Olympic reserve is opened in Jalal-Abad Oblast of Kyrgyzstan, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports reported Monday.
The school plans to train highly qualified athletes who will be able to represent the country at international competitions and the Olympic Games. Training will be conducted in such sports as Greco-Roman wrestling, freestyle wrestling, boxing, weightlifting and others.
The training facility has been equipped with modern gyms, sports grounds and classrooms for theoretical studies. In addition, medical rooms were organized for athletes on the basis of the school.
