Regular meeting of Public Council of Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry held in Bishkek

Bishkek, Nov. 29, 2018. /Kabar/. A regular meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic was held Wednesday in Bishkek, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of the country reported.

The meeting was opened by Minister of Foreign Affairs Aidarbekov, who informed the members of the Public Council about the visits and events held within the framework of the Ministry’s activities, as well as about the planned visits with the participation of the country's leadership before the end of this year and the planned meeting of the heads of the foreign missions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Public Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic also was presented information about the open competition for filling vacant posts in the Ministry, tenders for purchase of goods and services, and some issues of the consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Moreover, issues regarding the draft Foreign Policy Concept of the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed.

The meeting was attended by five members of the Public Council, supervisors and senior officials of the structural units of the Ministry.
