Bishkek, May 21, 2021. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov took part today in a regular meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) in the format of a video conference.
The event was chaired by President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Joomart Tokayev, with the participation of the heads of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, as well as the acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
The First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev took part in the meeting as the honorary chairman of the SEEC, and the presidents of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Carnel Bermudez, took part in the meeting as the leaders of the EAEU observer countries.
The meeting considered the strategic directions for the development of Eurasian economic integration, the main directions of the Union's international activities for 2021 and other topical issues.
As a result of the regular meeting of the SEEC, a number of decisions and documents were adopted aimed at developing economic cooperation and further deepening integration within the Union.
