Repeat local council elections. Six parties enter Bishkek City Council tentatively

Bishkek, July 11, 2021 . / Kabar / . According to preliminary voting data, six political parties entered the Bishkek City Council.

Following are data from automatic ballot boxes:

- Ata-Jurt Kyrgyzstan- 12,89%;

- Emgek - 15.35%;

- Ishenim - 10.28%;

- Onuguu-Progress - 7.12%;

- Yntymak -7.76%.

- Social Democrats - 7.79%.

Two other parties are close to the seven percent threshold:

- Bizdin Kyrgyzstan - 6.16%;

- Social Democrats - 6.75%.

Parties that were able to exceed 7% threshold win the elections.

Local council elections were held on April 11, 2021.

However, due to numerous violations in three cities (Bishkek, Osh and Tokmok), the results of the elections were cancelled and re-scheduled.
