Representative office of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan opened in Macau

Bishkek, Nov. 10, 2023. / Kabar/. A representative office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan was opened in Macau.

According to the organization’s press service, it was headed by Meerim Kozhokmatova. As part of her activities, she held meetings with Consul General of Guangzhou Khomeni Ergeshov, Chairman of the Macau Legislative Assembly and member of the National People's Congress Kou Hoi Ying.

During the meetings, cooperation in the fields of trade, economics and tourism was discussed. Meerim Kozhokmatova announced an initiative to establish a visa-free regime for citizens of Kyrgyzstan traveling to Macau. The Chinese side assured that this proposal will be considered in the near future.

Also, a representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in Macau spoke at the investment forum, where she spoke in detail about the activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan and opportunities for cooperation.
