Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2022. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United States Bakyt Amanbaev met yesterday with Boeing Vice President Monty Frazier and Boeing Director for Eurasian Direction Mario Ebchim.
According to the diplomatic mission, during the meeting the parties exchanged views on various ways of developing bilateral cooperation.
The ambassador emphasized that the integrated development of the national aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the most important tasks set by President Sadyr Zhaparov to the government of Kyrgyzstan, and presented his proposals for the further development of aviation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Amanbaev said that Kyrgyzstan is located in the very heart of the Eurasian continent, in a very convenient geographical point - in the very heart of Central Asia, and in the future, Kyrgyzstan has the potential to become a single center for the transportation of passengers and goods, connecting north and south, west and east, and urged for cooperation in this direction.
The American side expressed interest in strengthening cooperation with Kyrgyzstan. As a result, Mario Ebchim, director of the Boeing company for the Eurasian direction, promised to visit Kyrgyzstan at the end of December this year, and following the fruitful results of negotiations with the Kyrgyz side, he will work out a visit of high-ranking Boeing executives to Kyrgyzstan at the beginning of next year.
