Bishkek, Mar.17, 2020. /Kabar/. The Republican Headquarters on Economic Issues is considering the introduction of repayment and tax holidays for entrepreneurs, Kyrgyzstan’s Deputy Prime Minister Altynai Omurbekova said during a briefing.
She added that before the introduction of such restrictive measures in the work of trade, entertainment and game institutions, the Republican Headquarters for Preventing Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus discussed issue of providing support to those people who may face difficulties during these three weeks (quarantine period) of restrictions.
"The Economic Issues Headquarters is now considering the issue of tax and repayment holidays. That is, the holidays of interest payments. All this will be worked out individually. Individual work will be carried out with a person with credit payments and has temporarily non-working institution. The National Bank has already decided not to impose penalties or fines for late repayment of loans," Omurbekova said.
According to her, Deputy Prime Minister Erkin Asrandiyev will provide information on measures taken to support entrepreneurs.
