Requiem held at Bratsk cemetery in Bishkek

Bishkek, May 10, 2020 / Kabar/. A requiem dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held Bishkek at the Bratsk cemetery, the press service of the capital city’s Mayor’s Office reported.

The event was attended by Ambassador of Russia to Kyrgyzstan Nikolai Udovichenko, Vice Mayor of the capital Tatyana Kuznetsova, deputies of the city council, etc.

The deceased defenders during the Great Patriotic War were honored with a minute of silence, flowers were laid at the memorial to the fallen soldiers.

248 participants of the Great Patriotic War were buried in the Bratsk cemetery. These were seriously wounded fighters aimed at restoration, but, unfortunately, did not live to see peacetime. Glory to the heroes...
