Bishkek, Feb. 18, 2019. /Kabar/. Nominal monetary incomes of residents of Kyrgyzstan for the first nine months of 2018 amounted to 304 billion 761 million soms. At the same time, the amount of actual earnings in the specified period amounted to 299 billion soms.
Experts of the National Statistics Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the largest share of the total indicator was formed thanks to Bishkek residents (62 billion 384, 8 million soms). Further, these income indicators are followed by residents of Osh oblast (58 billion 915 million soms) and the population of Jalal-Abad oblast (50 billion 537.1 million soms). But residents of Naryn and Talas oblasts took the last positions in the "rating" of regions with high levels of income indicators.
The Committee noted that the main source of monetary income of the population was income labor activity, which accounted for 71.5% of the total volume.
Nominal income is a money reward that a person receives in the form of wages, rents or profits.
Real income is the money earned by a person, company, government, etc. over a particular period of time that is calculated by taking into account the effect of inflation on what can actually be bought with that money.
