Bishkek, March 22, 2020./Kabar/. In connection with the introduction of a state of emergency across the country, the Issyk-Kul Oblast Operational Headquarters decided to temporarily restrict the entry and exit of vehicles in the oblast, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Preventing Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus said.
According to the information, the movement of vehicles of inter-regional and inter-town communications without any special need is also limited.
Hospitals, pharmacies, points of sale of food products, local authorities and government agencies operate in a normal mode.
Currently, there are two quarantine and sanitary posts at the entrance to Issyk-Kul Oblast, which operate 24 hours a day.
From March 22, Kyrgyzstan introduced an emergency regime due to novel coronavirus infection.
A total of 14 positive cases of COVID-19 (6 men, 8 women) were registered in the republic:
- in Batken region - 1 case;
- in Suzak region - 8 cases;
- in Nookat region - 3 cases;
- in Bishkek city - 2 cases.
Patients aged between 25 and 80 years receive appropriate treatment.
In total, 2628 people have been identified as contact persons.
Anti-epidemiological and prophylactic measures are continue to be taken in sites of infection.
