Bishkek, July 4, 2022. /Kabar/. Parliament provided detailed information on the activities of the 7th convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh for the first sessional period (Dec. 29, 2021 - June 30, 2022).
According to the document, during the sessional period the Jogorku Kenesh held a total of 33 plenary session, adopted 41 laws and 276 resolutions.
In addition, it heard the annual reports of the Prosecutor General, chairmen of the National Bank and the Chamber of Accounts, reports of the Akyikatchy (Ombudsman) and director of the National Center for Tortures Prevention.
The Parliament considered 7 thousand 628 appeals of citizens, held more than 6 thousand meetings with voters, 10 parliamentary hearings, conferences, round tables and 33 meetings in the framework of interparliamentary cooperation.
