Bishkek, March 25, 2021 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Maripov commented on the results of his working trip to Naryn Oblast.
According to him, the Epkin-Dykan road is one of the problematic issues in Naryn Oblast.
"I got acquainted with the situation on the spot. The condition of the road is bad. The Italian company Todini was supposed to perform 70% of the work, and only 10% has been completed. After that it is necessary to begin the construction work. It is 70 km of road, which will connect north and south,” he said.
Maripov expressed hope that by the end of 2022, the construction of the road will be completed.
In addition, the head of the government met with the local population, where they voiced problematic issues, including the construction of school and pre-school facilities, the provision of clean and irrigation water.
"I also visited the village of Tuz, Kochkor region, where I inspected a new school under construction on site. It is already 75% ready and KGS 16 million will be allocated for its completion this year. Construction of the school will be completed by the end of the year,” the prime minister added.
